last day of the holidays and what i hoped to be productive, turned out to be a family day out to the local forests/woods. don't get me wrong, i love going out with my family, especially to Rufford abbey and to Clumber Park, which is very close to my house, which i love. i love nature, hence where i want to go in life, conservation.
i'm not looking forward to tomorrow; early starts, long walks, the cold, stress... oh well, it will just be a long day to a even longer week.
i only have three months until all my assignments are in, until my course finishes and till i start my work experience!! the latter i am most excited about! i get to spend two weeks on a stables (hopefully). even though is is not what i want to do in life, i still find it interesting as horse work has been close to me as my mum used to horse ride, i have ridden once in my first year of Army Cadets and my gran's neighbour owns a horse and i used to help her out when ever i visited my my gran :) i hope this works for me as it is the only thing keeping me going.
Rufford and Clumber are so beautiful... i love trees and all the wildlife of the woods and the lakes. i am always reluctant in wanting to go, but when i am out there i love it. im not really fit, even though i do army cadets, so it is hard work walking many miles, but i love it. usually my family goes to the peak district around this time of year, but we havnt gotten around to doing it :( i love the peak district!! i was born to live in Derbyshire!! i want to live there and work with the land and animals when i am older and done with travelling and working with exotics.
i have so many plans... but will they happen, who knows.
peace x
